Job Description Commercial Bank Operations Specialist Commercial Operations Specialist will oversee customer service, operational and risk related functions. Responsible for the coordination and performing all job functions within appropriate policies and procedures for audit risk and compliance, including Enhanced Authentication Procedure.
Position Competencies:
Successful incumbents possess customer service skills, ability to communicate by phone and via e-mail and other written correspondence, and problem-solving skills.
Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in servicing financial and banking needs of lending and deposit customers.
• Responsible for setting up customers on various manual wire services, including phone wire PIN, AST, drawdown wires, Internal Transfer Agreements, Transline/Lenderline documentations etc.
• Knowledgeable of loan documents.
• UnderstandLIBOR/BSBY/TermSOFRsettingandrepricing(ratequotes, tiered pricing, re-pricingoption/term,etc.).
• Work with relationship managers and portfolio managers in identifying customers who may benefit from self-service products and services, such as Treasury Management products and services. Qualifications Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
