Prominent key player within the finance/investment/property management sector is actively interviewing due to expansion. As the main partner to the Hr Generalist, you will have the trust and be appointed to act as the main point of contact for scheduling phone screens, on site interviews and room reservations, posting new requisitions, managing candidate correspondence to include monitoring and responding to requests from the department email address, status or solicitation phone calls, and written letters to and from candidates, monitoring candidate background checks and employment verifications, assisting with the creation and audit new hire personnel and benefits files. Additional duties as necessary appointed by senior management that will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
