Job Description:
A company is looking for a Representative, Solutions Center to
provide extraordinary care to members and partners in the financial
services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan
sponsors, and members regarding various topics
Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, and benefits
related to their plans/contracts
Document conversations and maintain compliance with FINRA and other
regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree
preferred in finance, business administration, or related
fields
One year of experience in customer service or sales-related
occupations
Must obtain Series 6/SIE licenses within the first 120 days of
employment
Knowledge of various insurance products and relevant state/local
laws
Additional licenses/registrations may be required based on assigned
products
