Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Retail
Banking, Corporate Banking, and Fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to provide expertise in banking technology
transformation and implementation
Drive implementation engagements by advising on functionality,
technology, and strategy
Collaborate with product teams to enhance fintech products and
ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and
implementation for banking and fintech
Strong exposure to core banking and digital banking platforms, as
well as payment systems
Proven experience in a similar SME role with extensive knowledge of
banking regulations
Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably an MBA in Finance and
Banking
Proficiency in leading core banking platforms commonly implemented
in the USA
