Job Description:
A company is looking for a Long Term Care Model Development
Actuary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage model changes during the quarterly cycle, including
research, testing, validation, and documentation
Provide support to production teams by diagnosing and resolving
modeling issues
Facilitate annual ALM model updates and mentor junior team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline
FSA or Career ASA with at least 5 years of actuarial experience,
preferably in LTC products
Strong proficiency in actuarial modeling, particularly with AXIS
software
Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork skills
Programming experience in languages such as SQL, Visual Basic, SAS,
Python, or MATLAB
