Job Description:
A company is looking for an Audit Support Operations
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees daily activities of the team, managing client
communications and case assignments
Develops and communicates team goals, conducting meetings and
monitoring operational workflows
Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and provides reports and
updates to management
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum high school diploma or GED with three years of experience
in medical claims investigation or auditing
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or mathematical sciences preferred,
along with relevant certifications
Advanced skills in process documentation and knowledge of medical
claim reimbursement structures
Proficiency with medical terminology and advanced computer skills,
particularly in Microsoft Excel
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
