Job DescriptionEstablished Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a friendly and positive person to work our front Desk. Greeting clients, answering phones and basic customer services

Responsibilities

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
Take premium payments from customers.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Uphold the wants and needs of your customers

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
