Job Description:
Santa Barbara Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Business Office Manager to lead our office operations within our
esteemed automotive dealership. In the heart of Santa Barbara, our
dealership represents the pinnacle of luxury and performance with
brands like Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Acura, Jaguar, and
Land Rover. As a Business Office Manager, you will be pivotal in
ensuring the seamless integration of our financial services and
administrative functions with our sales and service offerings.
Oversee daily operations of the business office, including finance,
accounting, and administrative tasks. Coordinate with the sales and
service departments to ensure a unified approach to customer
satisfaction. Manage the preparation and maintenance of financial
reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Supervise, recruit, and train office personnel in dealership
policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve
issues that escalate beyond the initial point of contact. Implement
and oversee proper financial controls and procedures throughout the
dealership. Liaise with external parties such as banks, insurance
companies, and financial institutions. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Proficient in financial software and
Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance
procedures Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations
affecting dealership operations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Automotive Management (CAM)
preferred Certified Financial Manager (CFM) or similar credentials
advantageous
