Due to the rate we are growing, we are looking for a creative, detail focused, Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position would be fully in-person and would require you to commute to Long Beach. We are excited about you because you bring:

  • Aiding in the annual, monthly, and weekly results by working with management to develop marketing and sales programs and strategies through strategic planning.
  • Providing consumer insight to provide detailed input for our partners in order for them to improve and adjust their products on a national scale.
  • Communicating with current and potential clients to develop and content that connects with target audiences.
  • Coaching, training, and leading co-workers in job performance and company recap meetings.
  • Organizing and supporting marketing and sales plans in order to increase profitability and exposure of campaigns. We want you because you:
    • Have a Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of four years of customer service experience.
    • Are experienced in public speaking and have highly proficient written and verbal communication skills.
