  • Be technically strong in GAAP and capable of independently delivering financial statements that would meet SEC scrutiny
  • Support the production and review of all external financial reporting and related regulatory filings, including financial statements, registration statements, 10-K, 10-Qs, related schedules.
  • Report to the SEC on an accurate and timely basis, ensuring adequate review and feedback from our auditors and legal advisors.
  • Coordinate responses to SEC and/or other regulatory inquiries.
  • Prepare the organization for changes to SEC guidance or other financial reporting matters.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
    • Total experience of 7+ years with a minimum of 4 years of Big 4 public accounting audit experience and recent SEC reporting experience
    • Deep subject matter expertise in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting standards
    • Financial systems knowledge and expertise and familiarity with financial business applications, particularly ERP systems
    • Active CPA License
