Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certification Engineer to lead and
support certification activities in compliance with aviation
regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define IMA certification activities and develop an IMA
Certification Plan
Interface with customers and regulatory authorities to agree on
certification approaches
Prepare and review compliance documentation and support responses
to regulatory inquiries
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or
related field
7+ years of experience in avionics systems certification, ideally
with IMA platforms
Experience with FAA and EASA regulations
Knowledge of TSO-C153 and TSO-C153A requirements
Familiarity with compliance documentation and certification
processes
