Job Summary: - To introduce newly hired managers and staff to company policies and procedures, provide expert level training in Fair Housing Act compliance, as well as expert level training in Yardi Voyager while taking pride in their work.

Reports To: -Chief Operations Officer
Position Type: -Exempt

Essential Functions:
Implementing appropriate Learning and Development activities based on research of property management success through closing ratios, secret shops, occupancy reports and other measures
Collaborating with Regional Property Supervisors (RPS) and Accounting Department to address any Learning and Development related deficiencies (coach accordingly)
Creating content that involves an effective analysis/evaluation of existing systems and processes
Facilitating regularly scheduled training workshops that include Webinars and other Online training tools
Acting as a performance improvement resource to managers to develop customer service, sales techniques by following up to provide individual coaching and one-on-one training conducting remedial and refresher training
Assisting with onboarding and assimilating new employees to the company and their position
Leading site training planning, curriculum development and implementation, policy & procedure review
Developing a tracking and measurement system to ensure the effectiveness of training
Providing help desk support by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end users to ensure satisfaction resolution of systems-related issues
Assist with other duties as assigned

Proficient in Yardi, and other computer applications and software used by the Company sufficient to maintain, troubleshoot, provide instructions, and install as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel spreadsheet, in order to create training material and reports
Establish method to research or network for the purpose of staying current with industry
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint
Ability to present to team members at all levels
Ability to design and teach information systems training programs
Team oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic
Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly and relate to existing business processes
Exceptional facilitation, presentation and listening skills
Extensive knowledge in HUD, Section 8, and LA rent control
At least 5 years in multi-family housing industry
At least 5 years of administering Yardi Training
General knowledge of financial/accounting concepts and terminology
Proven Initiative and commitment to excellence with strong work ethic
Bachelor's Degree
Certification in Fair Housing
