Job Description:
Community Manager - San Diego, CA The Community Manager is
responsible for identifying the needs of guests, overseeing the
operation of the property, and encouraging community with the goal
of providing an excellent guest experience. Requirements: A. Must
have a high level of customer service and customer-centric
disposition B. Self starter who has the ability to work
independently C. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
D. Team player E. Relevant experience in customer service and
property management preferred F. Must be proficient in
communications; both verbal and written G. Professional demeanor H.
High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary
to move fast and get things done I. Applicant must be based in San
Diego J. Needs to be fluent in English Key Responsibilities: A.
Hosting Guests- Ensuring that the guests expectations and needs are
being met. 1. Welcoming and communicating with guests, whether that
is through text, email, and/or in-person. 2. Being on-call for
guests' questions/concerns/emergencies during their stay. 3.
Ensuring that all guests are following Outsite rules and policies.
4. Making sure all questions and concerns are handled in a timely
manner. B. Property Management- Seeing that the property is
maintained up to Outsite's standards. 1. Overseeing that the
property is maintained properly staged and organized. 2. Overseeing
that all items in the property are in good working condition. 3.
Supervising the cleaning services. 4. Keeping an inventory of stock
and submitting and tracking purchase orders. 5. Assessing
maintenance issues and following up with vendors until issues are
resolved. 6. Problem-solving in a timely manner. 7. Being on-call
for property emergencies. C.Community Management and Social- Being
present and encouraging a sense of community. 1. Engaging in brand
awareness. 2. Giving recommendations and answering questions. 3.
Moderating the locations online groups: Whats App + Member Hub. 4.
Coordinating one activity per week for guests. Potential Start
Date: Flexible Requirement: 15-20 hours per week Compensation: Will
