Job Description:
The Beauty Health Company is looking for a Senior Director of
Talent Acquisition who will establish and implement strategies and
programming across the global Talent Acquisition organization, to
enhance recruiting and develop a pipeline of diverse talent. This
role will conceive, create, define, coordinate, document and
implement a talent acquisition strategy, a set of standard
operating procedures, processes and policies and seek to ignite the
desired organizational culture and employee value proposition and
brand. This role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer
and be a member of the HR Leadership Team. Here's what you'll love

- You'll play a pivotal role in visioning and architecting our
systems, processes, and candidate experiences
- You're innovative and open to incorporating new technologies to
increase efficiencies in delivering on talent acquisition
objectives Here's what you'll be doing: You'll establish and
implement strategies and programming across the organization to
enhance recruiting and develop a pipeline of diverse talent.
Understand the business needs/priorities and translates these
insights into an executable Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Position and effectively articulate our unique employment
brand, playing a key role in increasing awareness of the
BeautyHealth strategy
- Execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in
the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing and
interview process management
- Actively participates in external and internal networks to stay
on top of emerging talent trends and diversity best practices
- Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to tell the story
around recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to drive
success
- Coach global leaders, hiring managers and recruiters on best
practices to improve candidate experience, candidate engagement and
evaluate and serve as an advocate for the candidate experience at
every step of the recruiting process
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates
for performance factors, cultural fit and motivation
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through
proactive market research and on-going relationship management;
conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating
ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high
interview-to-offer ratios Here's what you'll bring to the role:
- 7+ years related experience as a Talent Acquisition leader with
significant autonomy and scope of responsibility in a global public
company
- 5+ years of demonstrated Diversity Equity & Inclusion talent
attraction experience
- Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure and
scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and
the recruiting team
- Understanding of predictive hiring methods
- Possess highly functioning expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
(Office 365, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power Point, etc.)
- Experience in negotiating and managing comprehensive contracts
and vendor relationships
- Global experience, including regular solutioning with
international colleagues and external partners, strongly preferred
