Accountability is at the core of our business, underscoring our standard of care.Qualifications:Bachelor's (preferred)Two years' experience in a Business Management or Accounting FirmKnowledge of Datafaction software a plusResponsibilities:We are the first point of contact on any/all business transactions, vendor or staff questions/needs, and ultimately the job requires multi-tasking and real-time troubleshooting to keep the business of our clients' lives running smoothly. This makes for a dynamic day-to-day!In addition to the ebb and flow of action items arising - the recurring responsibilities include;Analyze account data, reconcile open items and issuesAccounts payable / check printingCash flows and general ledger analysisProcessing financial statements and related reportsCoordinating vendors on the client's behalf and maintaining vendor relationshipsLiaise between client banking relationshipsInsurance policy tracking and analysisCode credit card charges and flag/resolve unusual activityRun Payroll for clients & resolve staff needs as they arise.Profile:Discretion and Confidentiality are of paramount importanceProfessionalDetail-oriented, meticulous and focusedSelf-starter and solution-orientedStrong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same timeTimely follow through, responsivenessExcellent written and verbal skills with an emphasis on client servicePositive attitude -Work Hours:9am-5pm PSTOption to work remotely, in office, or hybridCompensation:Commensurate -upon experience.
