the Director of Facilities, the Program Manager is responsible for
providing support on all Real estate efforts, the development,
tracking & maintenance of the SCAN BCP planning, Emergency Response
(ER) & Security efforts and auditing, updating and/or creating
Desktop Procedures and Policies and Procedures (P & P) for all
areas of responsibility. Support all new business ventures and
expansions.You will
- Support the Director & Department on all Real Estate efforts
including but not limited to: Evaluation, visits, costing,
furnishings, maintenance, alteration, construction
- Maintain an active list of all RE locations & the relevant
details & costs. Assist in expansion efforts. Assist in space
evaluations & pricing. Landlord Liaison
- Support the Director and SCAN in all business expansion
efforts, new SCAN groups and subsidiaries in new states and
locations, space development and compliance requirements
- Support the Director & Department on all BCP efforts. Schedule
& run Threat Assessment Team (TAT) meetings & agendas. Tracks
updates all related documents. Coordinates trainings &
notifications. Attend all BCP meetings
- Everbridge systems support. Assist in developing & maintaining
preset notifications. Create location based notices. Conduct system
audits/checks Asset in new product evaluations
- Assume Lead on all security & access issues, new badge
development, distribution & management. Access FOB's, routine
audits & landlord coordination. Supports security system software
maintenance, upgrades & reporting, building key management &
routine audits.
- Manage all ER & safety supplies storage, tracking & audits.
Oversees evacuation planning & coordination w/Kilroy Fire Drills
and other Buildings and Offices, Allied Universal (RJ Westmore)
training & tracking and The great CA Shakeout coordination
- Assist with managing the building (Public Announcement (PA)
System, Building Incident Report Process
- Maintain all Safety and Emergency Floor Plans
- Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and
Goals.
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
- A comparable combination of education/experience and/or
training will be considered equivalent to the education listed
above.
- Strong knowledge of study coordination or project
management.
- Strong organizational skills.
