  A superstar Multi-Family Project Manager is needed for a curated, innovative team in Long Beach. Work with a team who has been awarded for taking design projects to the next level!
  
  Key Responsibilities and Duties
  Responsible for supervising all design, technical, and administrative efforts of the multi-family design projects including project schedules, programs, bidding documentation, team assignments, and project budgets. Serve as the client liaison responsible for scopes of work, obtaining contracts, and project fees. Provide regular updates to upper management about project needs and deadlines. Review RFIs and submittals Oversee construction administration and attend construction meetings Pursue new project opportunities with existing clients.
  Required Skills & Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/ Architecture from U.S. school Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have several years of working experience in the United States 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally for Multi-family projects Extensive experience in multifamily housing Advanced knowledge of architectural detailing and current construction standards, permitting process and construction administration processes. Working knowledge of AutoCAD/RevitHybrid schedule! Open to LA, OC or San Diego candidates! 28 Days PTO, 401k w/ match, and great company culture!
