Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather information from senior leadership to understand changes and
create change management strategies
Design and implement organizational change management plans
Drive planning and execution of communication plans to ensure
support and engagement with change initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or
equivalent experience
3 years of change management experience
In-depth knowledge of Change Management operations, policies,
procedures, standards, and existing technology
Project and program management experience
Change Management Certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferred
