Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Project Management for a remote
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project objectives and scope in collaboration with
stakeholders
Develop and manage project schedule, budget, and team resources
Prepare project roadmaps, progress reports, and lead project status
meetings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
6+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Human Resources, or
Project Management
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience with statistical studies and data analysis
Knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles,
enterprise-level projects, and project team oversight
