Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist to
support a large project at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with
business objectives
Conduct stakeholder assessments and create tailored engagement
plans
Facilitate change management strategies for large-scale
organizational transformations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a
related field
8 years of experience in change management, organizational
development, or strategic planning roles
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci,
ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model)
Experience working in a PMO environment with a focus on process
improvement
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale transformations across
industries
