Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Commercial
Operations to lead and manage customer-facing organizational
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team responsible for Commercial Operations, including
Learning and Enablement, Tools, Analytics & Insights, and
Operations
Collaborate with Sales and Success leadership to implement
commercial strategies and drive continuous improvement
Build and lead a high-performing team while developing training
programs to enhance the skills of sales and success teams
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of enterprise SaaS commercial operations experience
Proven track record of driving business growth in a complex-selling
environment
Experience in leading and managing teams
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
Direct experience in one or more key functions within Commercial
Operations in an enterprise SaaS environment
