      • 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
      • Strong coaching skills and ability to give effective feedback
      • Organized, deadline-oriented, and results-driven
      • Willing to master every position in the restaurant
      • People-oriented, building relationships with guests and team members
      • Humble and eager to learn
      • Experience managing a large team
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office
