Role Overview
The Director of Network-Data Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of PIH Health Network/Data Center. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. The director will provide leadership in selecting, implementing, and managing the enterprise-wide Network-Data Center structure, leading technical infrastructure of data center operations, and partnering with chief officers and IT leadership to ensure infrastructure alignment and proper functioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IT service management (ITIL) and monitoring tools.
  
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare.
  
• Strong commitment to providing excellent service to patients, physicians, employees, and stakeholders.
  
  Experience and Education
  
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Experience managing critical systems and technical infrastructure at scale.
  
• Experience with audit compliance, both internal and external.
  
• Proven project leadership and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
  
• Experience with open-source hardware designs.
  
• Experience designing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  
• Preferred: Master's Degree in a related discipline.
