Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Drug Development Director who
will oversee drug development projects from pre-clinical stages to
commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
while identifying and resolving risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated
project plans and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Foster team performance and dynamics, supporting team members'
development and promoting effective communication
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across
various phases and disease areas
At least 5 years of program management experience in a
pharmaceutical or biotech setting
Proven leadership skills and experience in people management
Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development is an
advantage
