Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Program Manager
to oversee and coordinate multiple implementation projects across
various product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple implementation projects and coordinate with project
leads/managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth
implementation and delivery of business outcomes
Capture customer feedback and manage the process to resolve gaps
between expectations and delivered solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's
degree preferred
8+ years of experience in project and program management,
preferably in the healthcare software industry
Proven experience managing complex enterprise application
implementation projects
Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and
regulations
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
