Job Description:
A company is looking for a Governance & Oversight Director.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance requirements are identified, implemented,
monitored, and audited across products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance
into product development and operations
Conduct risk assessments and manage compliance risks through
effective tracking and mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Law, Business,
Engineering)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product compliance or
regulatory affairs
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
relevant to the industry
Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US
Understanding of certification schemes and standards relevant to
the business is preferred
