A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and
deployment
Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with
Finance and People teams
Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM
Leadership
Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years in sales
compensation strategy or administration
Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth
environments
Ability to build strong relationships and present recommendations
to senior leaders
Experience in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous
environment
