Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the ideation and vetting process for collective action
initiatives with member organizations
Design collaborations into actionable initiatives, including
program design and recruitment of member organizations
Secure funding for initiatives and manage their launch and ongoing
management to meet intended outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of senior leadership experience in postsecondary success
and/or workforce development organizations
Deep knowledge of the field, funders, and policy landscape relevant
to postsecondary and workforce issues
Experience in program design, continuous improvement, and program
evaluation
Established network of partners and funders, with experience in
fundraising
Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse
stakeholders and lead collective action initiatives
