A company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategy and
Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales stakeholders to establish annual planning
processes and timelines
Document and refine policies on sales engagement within the Revenue
Organization
Work with Finance and revenue leaders to effectively allocate
budget and headcount for maximum ROI
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales, GTM, or revenue operations in a
high-growth tech company
Strong organizational and project management skills with a history
of managing complex projects
Proven ability to drive multiple projects to completion in a
fast-paced environment
Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency
Experience in influencing and managing conflicts effectively
