Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Provider Interoperability
Capabilities, responsible for leading provider interoperability
initiatives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of provider interoperability and engagement
capabilities from inception to performance management
Develop and execute a comprehensive provider interoperability
strategy aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive interoperability initiatives
and manage integration challenges
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product development or delivery in a
large-scale environment
4+ years in a leadership role within provider-facing organizations
focusing on EMR integrations
Experience delivering new initiatives within a provider practice
setting
Proficiency in interoperability standards and technologies such as
HIEs and HL7 FHIR
Proven track record of managing complex integration projects in
healthcare
