Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead
and grow sales efforts across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Medicare insurance carriers and establish relationships
with independent insurance agents
Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve growth
targets and secure new accounts
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the
Executive team on progress toward goals
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience
may substitute for education
Proven experience in sales leadership and acquiring new business on
a national scale
Strong ability to develop effective sales strategies across
multiple regions
Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating independent
insurance agents
