Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle DBA Manager to lead a team of
Database Administrators in supporting and optimizing Oracle
database environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Oracle DBAs, providing coaching and
performance management
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle
database systems
Ensure database availability, integrity, security, and performance
across various environments
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Oracle database administration
2-3 years in a leadership or management role
Expert knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Exadata, RMAN, and
Oracle Enterprise Manager
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field; Master's preferred
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX and best
practices for security
