Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee all
phases of contracting and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the creation and submission of RFP documents in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Conduct bid reviews and analyses, presenting recommendations for
contract awards to leadership
Lead strategic negotiations and ensure alignment of contracting
strategies with company objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Economics,
Finance, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of solar or related experience
2 - 4 years of EPC contracts experience, preferably in utility
scale solar
Knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction
practices and procedures
Proficiency in conducting negotiations with vendors
