Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Success Manager II to manage
customer relationships and provide support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts across multiple divisions and provide
superior customer service
Act as a subject matter expert on products and assist in optimizing
customer digital performance
Prioritize and resolve escalated customer issues while maintaining
positive client relationships
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer support or account management experience
Experience with Salesforce or JIRA
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic
environment
