A company is looking for a Manager Universal Agent Mortgage
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and execution of centralized services and
disclosure teams
Analyze department production and quality results, providing
regular reporting on loan activities
Manage and monitor performance of queues and processes while
recommending operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum 7 years of mortgage operations experience
Minimum 5 years of mortgage operations management experience
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Expert knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and
procedures
