Key Responsibilities
Lead and support process and organizational maturity
initiatives
Manage documentation team and ensure clarity and standardization of
procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and
coordinate training for outsourced resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related
field
10+ years of experience in Financial Services, process management,
or project management
3+ years of direct staff supervision experience
Experience in account management and vendor relationship
management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
