Job Description:
A company is looking for an OCM Sr. Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provides change management support for defined initiatives and
projects
Collaborates with team members to create actionable deliverables
for communication, training, and resistance management
Tracks and reports identified issues while measuring success
metrics and monitoring change progress
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Fluent Spanish speaking and writing highly preferred
Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government
for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
