Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Change Control processes aligned with
business objectives
Lead the evaluation of new service models and oversee process
improvement opportunities
Establish financial management guidelines and monitor key
performance indicators for the Business Operations team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business
Administration, Business Operations, or related field
10+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Business
Operations
A minimum of 7 years of management experience
Experience in developing long-term operational strategies
Proven track record in change management and process
improvement
