Job Description:
Nurse Case Manager with quality management experience needed for
assessing patient care and patient responsiveness to care being
provided.
Review primary care physician and contracted specialist office
policies and procedures. Perform scheduled and unscheduled site
reviews and medical record review to assure compliance with centers
for Medicare, Medicaid,and health plan contracts. A minimum of
three years clinical experience within a managed care environment
is required. Current RN license in good standing and without
restrictions.For immediate consideration please forward a cover
