We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.How you'll serve our patientsAs a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of virtual team that delivers face-to-face treatment, therapy sessions and support to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant Telebehavioral Health Platform around the nation.You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load:
  • Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members
  • Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed
  • For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including:
    • Treatment plans
    • Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes
    • Wellness plan and aftercare plan
    • Discharge summary
    • Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients care with interdisciplinary teamPrimary Therapist I Must haves:
      • Master's or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field
        • Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy
          • Experience with individual/family therapy preferredPrimary Therapist II Must Haves:
            • Has obtained and maintains a full clinical mental health license as required by state
            • Has carried significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbiditiesPrimary Therapist III Must Haves:
              • At least 3 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma related disorders
              • Some experience supervising other clinicians
