Rep.
Key Responsibilities
Complete outbound calls to provider offices on behalf of
patients
Verify medical necessity criteria and coverage guidelines for prior
authorization
Prepare and submit prior authorization requests to insurance
companies or pharmacy benefit managers
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience with prior authorizations, insurance
verification, and reimbursement benefits
Experience interacting with doctors, patients, and insurance
companies
High school diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
