Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Navigation
(Non-Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with patients through telephonic outreach
after clinical events or diagnoses
Collaborate with the clinical team and utilize resources to enhance
the patient experience
Research and identify community resources to assist patients and
contribute to program development
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with a personal computer
Technical and analytical skill set
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional
experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
Immigration and/or Visa sponsorship will not be provided
