Job Description:
RN Surgery - Traveler (Days) This travel nursing position as an
OR Registered Nurse in Lynwood offers a remarkable opportunity to

RN license and BLS certification, along with at least one year of

and experienced Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to
provide perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical department. The
RN will deliver both direct and indirect patient care to neonates,
pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults, collaborating
with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality
outcomes. Key Responsibilities: -Deliver safe and effective nursing
care through all perioperative phases using the nursing process:
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation -Coordinate
patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader
surgical team -Supervise, direct, and support OR Technicians and
other staff to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment
-Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, hospital policies,
and infection control protocols -Maintain accurate documentation
and participate in Performance Improvement activities -Collaborate
with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient
transitions and continuity of care -Participate in unit meetings,
in-services, and mandatory trainings -Serve as a clinical resource
and role model to fellow team members -Take call as required for
