Physician - Neonatologist Position Type: Full Time Exciting
Neonatology Opportunity in Sunny Long Beach, California! Join our
dynamic team at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital, a premier
Regional Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 55 and
approximately 1,400 patient admissions annually. We pride ourselves
on providing top-tier care with the support of our Maternal-Fetal
Medicine physicians, Ob Hospitalists, and a full range of on-site
pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including a renowned
pediatric cardiovascular program. Maternal and neonatal transport
Palliative Care Program Telemedicine Small Baby Unit Our NICU is
integrated with the residency and fellowship programs of the
University of California Irvine and Children's Hospital of Orange
County, offering a rich environment for professional growth and

Located just 25 miles south of downtown Los Angeles and bordering
Orange County, this area boasts a Mediterranean climate with an

Neonatologist Regular full-time is classified as team members who
are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly
basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the

minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and
contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 40
hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial to the team
member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired
full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after
working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on
January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member
remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does
not carry over from one year to the following year. Method of

Pay Range: Base compensation is $240,000 - $375,000 with bonus
