Job Description Description The Infection Control Coordinator is responsible for infection control surveillance, consultation, education, regulatory agency compliance, quality control and quality/performance improvement for St Joseph Heritage Healthcare, Statewide. Responsible for planning, developing, directing, implementing, and evaluating the infection prevention program and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Or Associate’s Degree of Nursing with enrollment in a BSN program to be completed within 2 years. - Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License - Experience in Infection Control. - 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse including both areas of ambulatory care and acute care nursing.
