A highly profitable and independent private urology practice based in coastal Los Angeles has been serving the community for over 50 years, and has three experienced urologists. With one urologist planning to retire, the practice is excited to welcome two urologists to meet their growing practice's demands. The practice values high-quality patient care, collaborative team culture, and physician autonomy, with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests, if desired. Practice Highlights: - Robotics skills preferred, but not required - Collections minus Expenses model for an independent, entrepreneurial structure - Full transparency: partners see financial reports and are included in all practice discussions from day one - Main Clinic with additional offices in surrounding area - 80 health plan contracts, patient backlog ~6 months, ~30 patients/day achievable within 6 months - Call: As a group, they decide who takes call and which hospitals to contract with.
