Caregiver Health RN Full-time Day at Providence Health and
Services summary: The Caregiver Health RN at Providence Saint Johns
Health Center conducts employee health assessments, coordinates
treatment for work-related injuries, and leads vaccination and fit
test programs. The role requires a California RN license, BLS
certification, and experience in employee health nursing. This
full-time position supports employee wellness and workplace safety
within a healthcare organization. Description Caregiver Health RN
at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This
position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts Under the
general supervision of Manager of Employee Health Office, the
Employee Health Nurse conducts pre-employment and annual employee
physicals, assists in the processing of claims for work-related
injuries and coordinates any necessary treatment, interacts with
third-party administrator (TPA) and provides required assistance
with investigation and documentation. The Employee Health Nurse
also assists with the coordination of the Transitional Work
Program, interfaces with the Employee Assistance Program to ensure
maximum utilization by employees. The Employee Health Nurse is the
lead coordinator of the flu vaccination and fit test programs.

Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association upon hire. 6 months as Staff RN, RNP, or
PA. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's
Degree Certified Occupational Health Nurse upon hire. 6 months
