Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you'll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Working at a skilled nursing facility, you'll assess patients' mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records and provide patient and family education. You'll play a critical role in helping individuals develop strength, reduce pain and improve function.
