Preferences : Bilingual in Spanish/English Schedule : 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts We have an immediate need for direct hire, full-time Family Practice Physician at our Anza, California Clinic! $336k/yr $30k sign-on bonus Job Overview Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the primary care provider oversees mid-levels and clinical support staff, delivering comprehensive health maintenance to diverse families. Duties include in-service staff training, maintaining detailed medical records, coding encounter forms, and participating in audits. The role involves supervising mid-level providers, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with care standards and protocols. In clinical functions, the practitioner provides quality care within state or federal law, meeting productivity standards, and participating in after-hours calls. They contribute to preventive medicine, behavioral sciences, and community health while supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home program for comprehensive, culturally sensitive care.
