Surgical Tech Location: Torrance, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,492 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: OR Tech / Surgical Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Neuro experience is a plus First-timers accepted Description: The role requires a surgical tech with experience in neuro surgery. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates should have a working knowledge of sterilization and disinfection processes. Proficiency in instrument processing is necessary. Knowledge of decontamination processes and indicators is crucial. Candidates must be able to float between various units as required. Available shifts require one Saturday per contract. The facility sees a daily census of approximately 25-35 patients. Preferred skills include experience with robotic surgical systems. Familiarity with laparoscopic and assisted procedures is important. Experience with general and specialized surgeries is necessary. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment is vital. Travelers may be required to float to affiliate facilities.
